It definitely depends on the workplace.

I met my husband at a restaurant we both worked at. Actually, several couples from that restaurant ended up married or together for a really long time, while some just slept with everyone there and had a great time. Restaurants are where 20 & 30 somethings can really get some action and maybe even develop bonds through struggling together, teamwork.

I do not think treating it as a “I’m gonna fuck anyone who I work with because I’m smooth as hell” is a good attitude in some more corporate settings. Could definitely wind up getting you fired or being known as the office creep, but I guess give it a try.

There's a lot wrong with that though. Even for a guy in school with a casual job. Why fuck up a pay cheque for some ass? If anything, that's even more crucial for them. A casual fwb situation, with a co worker, ending will always make things extrmely difficult. For example, up until I was getting software engineering internships a couple of years ago, those summer and odd part time jobs were crucial to my eventual financial success. However, a few of the jobs I had were hard to continue working after I messed with a co worker who was attracted to me. Those jobs since my early teens were the building blocks to my house, paid off car and stock portfolio. I've had enough women so far in my life to know it's just not all that in the end. Being successful is far more of an accomplishment and if that means leaving some ass on the table, then so be it. Everything doesn't have to be about fucking the next girl. Way more to life than that my man. Women should be near the bottom of the priority list at all ages.

Incredibly good answer. I agree with everything you said. Just because it’s a risk, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t.

Though, I also understand their point of view. People are flawed at their core, people just mess up eventually, even if it hardly happens. So I understand just not even taking a risk and having guaranteed control and peace in that aspect of your life.

It’s just up to you. Nothing in life is black and white, it’s scaler. You gotta make sure your decision’s risk is lower than the reward IMO.
