So I’m 20 years old and haven’t really attended any kind of larger social function in at least a year. I’m decently sociable in general, but due to my lack of interaction with others recently (specifically women, but all people), I feel a bit unsure of how to approach women at social gatherings, especially as a college student. As vaccines are distributed, my university will be allowing social functions to occur (albeit a bit smaller scale than usual). I’d really like to get laid, so I want to prepare myself adequately.

However, here’s the issue. I know I’m supposed to make my intentions clear, but I don’t want to be seen as creepy. I know I can’t exactly just go “hey, wanna bang?” Is there a better opener? Do I need an opener even? My friend was telling me just now that it’s important to be clear about what you want, which seems to work for him decently well (and he’s a very regular looking guy). So, how can I ensure that I don’t come across as creepy, even though my goal is specifically to get laid?
