This is an important point to internalize: they do not matter. You are talking to them for your own amusement. For example if you see a bitchy looking girl with closed body language it might be fun to tell her off "Go away! We are through, I'm done with you, get out of my sight!" This is one I've been meaning to try. But don't do it in an abrasive way. Do it in a mocking playful way. The way I see it your goal at the beginning of an interaction is to break them out of their shell. This takes practice and common sense. If they look friendly and open, a simple 'hi' usually works in my experience.

If someone seems super-serious, you're allowed to comment on it. If they're reading a magazine or book or something really intently, say, "That must be some article. You look mad!", or whatever.

Most people read when they're out alone as a defense mechanism so they don't feel lonely or isolated. Of course, some people, particularly the most attractive women, do use it to prevent people from talking to them, but it's mostly just to avoid discomfort. If you are bringing interesting and fun conversation, they won't mind you busting through their social shield. They want to fend off all the boring, pushy, guys who try to buy them a drink or flirt with them in uncomfortable ways. You're not going to be "that guy", so she probably won't mind you interrupting her.

After hi, I usually give them my business card and start DHV by way of flattering them with some poetry quotes. I don't usually like to give out my canned openers but this one is gold. It's by EE Cummings.

The looks I get are priceless. While they are still mesmerized, I start doing some negging by teasing them on whether or not they might be a fit mother. I'll joke with them they'd probably want to have a nanny but I let them know that in all honesty I woud consider a nanny for the mother of my child to make sure my wife doesn't stress out too much. It would need to be an illegal though because I don't think I could afford the legitimate salary of a part time nanny but I don't tell them that up front. I'll usually then try to number close but if that's not successful I'll remind them that they have my number and can call me anytime. They can also text as well. (I have unlimited texting plan) Today I told a girl on the train that she should get the new iphone so we could video chat. She said she's locked into her android account for a while but I said if she did I'd chip in 10 bucks a month just to be able to video with her. I guess I overdid it with DHV and I must have intimidated her. So..yeah..probably don't try that. It might work with HB10's but this girl was a 7 and I think she prob thought I was some rich player to be making an offer like that...She gave me a nasty look. What can I say..haters gonna hate.

Check out the Love Systems routines manual. Don't try to memorize all that shit or you'll go blind. Just pick a couple of openers and transitions that work well with them and use them on every set you talk to.

You'll probably still get blown out often at first, but don't worry. The good thing is you'll be on the way to fixing the real part of your game. Because what you say really isn't as important as how you present it. By using canned routines that is known good material, you can focus on the shit that really matters.
