Sounds like you think that kino is used to build rapport? It can serve that purpose, but during seduction you're using kino to get women used to your touch and escalate physically. If you want to get physical with a woman, you have to touch her physically. That's what kino is about.

Touching a woman is just confident. It shows her you're not scared of her and not opposed to touching her. It would also be extremely awkward to go from just talking to other stuff without actually touching in-between. Most importantly though, it tells her that it's ok for her to touch you or get closer. You can over analyse it.

The point of kino is to get her comfortable with your touch, not comfortable in general. Think about it: your friends are (presumably) comfortable around you, but you likely don't touch them all that much.

Other things that come to mind are using sensual words and a good, seductive tonality.

Really, virtually all of seduction is subconscious. People make decisions based on subconscious reactions then justify them in their conscious mind to reduce any dissonance.

Sometimes a girl is just into you, this happens more than you think. I've had a couple of situations at parties where I noticed a girl, didn't gauge any kind of interest from her but later ended up talking to her and taking her home with absolute minimal effort, and for the record I don't think I touched either of them until we kissed. Come to think of it, I'm not even sure how we kissed, it seemed to just transition from a kind of awkward handshake/hug.

You've got it all wrong man. It's not about accessing her subconscious mind, it's about establishing yourself as a sexual presence. If you aren't comfortable with that then you won't get far.
