For sure acting like it didn't bother you is key. Saying something to the effect that the night turned out to be a blast by bumping into a old friend can be a good move. That tells her that she wasn't on your mind and she isnt of great importance. She may think to herself, wow, I thought he was all about me but now he just doesn't care. You must ignore her from this point. She will try to bait you by trying to get you to call her to restore confidence in herself. Just gotta act like you don't care. When she comes to you, that's the hardest by still acting like you don't care. Gotta make her think of you, reach out to you. This women will respond well to you teasing her, telling you will call her at a certain time, and then dont. Tell her, ya lets make plans this weekend once your talking to her again and then don't make plans. Don't bring it up. Let the weekend run by with you having fun. When you talk next, have a great story of a super fun filled weekend. It will drive her nutz that you don't care and she is no longer on your mind. She will fight to get your attention.

I would simply ignore her. Not even acknowledge her existence. Flirt with other girls.

If you make a point of going to unleash your anger on her, as others seem to be suggesting, and many seem to be agreeing with, you expose yourself as being upset that this chick flaked on you...and suddenly it's not something only she is aware of. Everyone in audible range now knows you've been ditched by this girl, and that you're reacting about it as though you're her bitch following her around hoping for crumbs of affection. Depending on how much you and she escalate this little drama, it could become the most interesting thing happening in that corner of the room. What good does that do you to make drama?

If you're effective at surrounding yourself with hotter girls, she'll either come talk to you, or text you later. You can then proceed to be aloof and uninterested and wholly unaffected. If you aren't interested, then having other girls is the most powerful revenge possible.

I'd probably make very sarcastic and humorous comments about her flaking, nothing even remotely serious, the comments should imply that you didn't really give two shits about her flaking, but now you are just busting her balls for it. If she goes along with the comments and laughs with you then cool, if she's all bitchy about them then you don't want to be around her anyway.

Just treat her like you're meeting someone new for the first time. Introduce yourself again etc. Don't bring up the fact that she flaked. If she apologizes for flaking, then fine... if not just pretend that it never happened and don't escalate with her.

She's made her stand, you can make yours but there's no point lowering your value by making a big deal out of it or showing any negativity.

This happened to me just last week. I had set up a date with a girl I've been out with a few times before on a Wednesday. I hadn't talked to her for a solid week, so come Monday I send her a text asking what time she'd be ready on Wednesday, and didn't hear back from her. Waited till the day of our date and sent another text letting her know I hadn't heard back from her, and wanted to know what time she'd be ready. Still nothing. I call instead of text about 6-7 hours later, and it goes straight to voicemail. So I left a message saying something along the lines of "Hey, it's [name], guess we're not on for tonight. Hope everything's ok, call me when you get a moment."

I didn't hear from her until Saturday, and even then, it wasn't a phone call, it was an email. She had apparently lost her phone, and a bunch of other things happened so she wasn't able to get a hold of me (obviously bullshit since she could have emailed me, but I digress), but was extremely apologetic, and told her she could make it up to me this coming week, and that she should call me when she gets her phone back.

A few days later I get a text asking what day worked for me, and we set up a date. I never got upset about it. I didn't ignore her, as she had a legitimate excuse (I'm a fairly good judge of character and don't think she'd bullshit about this, anyway), but I did give her a bit of a ribbing throughout our date about it and reminded her she needed to make it up to me still.

She even stated that it was a test. Not on purpose, but once she realized that she had flaked, she had decided that if I was to pull the whole "ignoring her" thing, I wasn't going to be worth her time, and if I was going to seriously bitch about it or get upset, I also wasn't worth her time. I'd suggest not doing either of those things. If you've already sent her a message asking what happened, or something along those lines, great. Leave it at that. Don't ignore her, however, don't keep pursuing. If she's in to you in any way, she'll come around. Put the ball in her court and let it happen.

So in other words, she treated you like shit, less than a human being who doesn't even deserve the courtesy of a phone call saying she can't make it? She deserves all the wrath you can bestow upon her, short of disrupting your social circle.

If I saw her again and she even made an attempt to be cordial, I would backturn her or neg her and walk away. Harsh? Girls do it to guys all the time simply for even talking to them.

Keep in mind that you didn't crack the whip right away. If you did, called her and left a vmail right away and said how dare you treat a person in such a manner and told her that her actions are out of line, irresponsible, and untrustworthy... Then you state that I want no further communication from her bc she is not trust worthy and interacts with people in a irresponsible manner. You must cast her away, this is key. This is important bc it lets her know what you are not waiting around for her, say's that you have established yourself as the dominant figure. She then will contact you back , apologize and make plans with you bc you didn't let her get away with it and you exhibited alpha male behavior and that turned her on. The fact that you have been waiting is not good and only indicates to her that you have been working up the balls to do it if you do it after the fact. That's why refer to my first advice on backing away and acting like it didn't bother you bc she doesn't warrant your consideration. Since you have taken time, you must act like she isn't on your mind to win.

"yeah its probably a good thing you didn't make it out on Saturday, it was a little insane and way too much fun" then go into a fun story about what a great time you had with some friends.

Blow her off. Ignore that it happened. If she approaches you, be somewhat dismissal and give her the chance to try to make it up. Otherwise, you're better off not messing with flakes.
