How can you tell if you're good looking?

You are. Even if you're not, believe it yourself, you're hot and good looking.

A repeated lie will eventually be perceived as a truth. And, frankly, this is one of those lies you have to tell yourself.

I don't know about you guys but I feel like I am the best looking around here.

How can you be insecure if you're good looking? A good looking person has symmetric features, good skin, and features that are in correct proportions to each other. (Ears not too big for head, head not too big for body, mouth proper distance from nose, etc. etc.) A scientist made a "symmetry mask" made out of triangles that fit beautiful peoples' faces perfectly. It's much less important for men, as smarterlicious said.

Why does it matter? Pretend you have no body and stand comfortably, up straight, and just go with the flow.

I have learned that confidence is the way to go. Physical attraction is not always the key. I am not a bad looking guy nor am I the best looking. However, I have found success in holding my composure and being confident in myself. You don't want to be cocky about it or act like you are better than everybody. You just want to carry yourself with confidence.

Why care? If you are a man, the criteria you are being judged against isn't largely physical. Unlike the way men rank women, women tend to value more non-physical traits like confidence, status and humor, than their male counterparts. Barring any deformities that indicate illness or poor genes, you shouldn't worry too much about it.
