Girls worth talking to won't care about that, and unless you're after some bimbo who loves getting fucked up and hanging out with her girlfriends, then you should be fine. I personally would rather be with a guy who could give me more attention than one who's only worried about his bros. As long as you're willing to get along with her friends, I don't see a problem.

Stop hiding. Just be honest about this and use it as a talking-piece to get to know more people (guys and girls).

Work on more learning more psychology and developing inner-game. I feel you have a lot more personal stuff to overcome.

I've wondered about this. I moved to a new city two years ago.

I see lots of different people. Clients, dates, acquantainces, people with similar interests. I go out with various people 3-4 nights a week, and often meet people during the day.

But I have no deep connections in this city - my high school and college friends live elsewhere. So there's no one that I'd just call up to hang out.

I'm totally comfortable with that. From this thread, it sounds like that's 100% ok with girls as long as I'm cool with it.

If that situation was reversed and the girl was pretty lonely, I think it would've stopped me from making a move.

Get your priorities straight: Start meeting new friends (if you even want to) before a date. Though, meeting girls can help introduce you new friends, but it is better if it's from a different circle.

I'm under 100 facebook friends as well, and Facebook is my #1 logistics\date setting tool, so I don't think it matters. The good news is, it can only get better from here.

Look at your approach. Be assumptive of your situation and make an effort to change it. Talk to people and look and them in the eye. Talk to girls and don't beat yourself up if they have boyfriends. Make friends with anyone. By expanding your social circle you'll increase your chances at finding a girl you'll like.

I only have about a half-dozen friends I see with any regularity. The girls I'm currently seeing have never met any of my friends.
