Depends on the girl. I always let people know I am Bisexual if the subject comes up. Why should I be ashamed of it? Be utterly confident in yourself and your sexuality, they will love it.

No. Not unless you know they are bi. Most won't care, in a homophobic sense. But a significant minority will find it unattractive. I wouldn't hide it, but share it with a select few who it will find it attractive.
