A lot of men's attractiveness is how you carry yourself (dress and health and confidence). You can change all of this without plastic surgery. Yes, a little working out. I'm no health buff, but the scrawny guy isn't anyone's fantasy. It doesn't take much, get in an inclined (against a counter etc, so you don't have to get on the floor) pushup habit. It will give you shoulders and arms, especially if you add a dumbell habit. See? you don't need to spend an hour a day at a gym, just do it when you get up and several times throughout the day.

Now, look in the mirror. Are your clothes clean and, well, did you put any thought in them, or are you just jeans and whatever tshirt you found? Yah, if you don't dress yourself a little like you care, why is she going to think you'll care for her, and why should she care about you?

No, you don't need suits, but just put a little thought and effort in, you're above the curve. Same wish shoes, if you're wearing some ratty kicks, time to upgrade a bit. Don't have to go crazy at all, but again, look like you put a little effort in.

Your hair? Is it well maintained? make it so.

Boom. you're above the curve. Women liking you isn't a mystery, not like some people have a magic feature, or, well, maybe some do, so what. You start taking care of yourself, it shows.

So now you're not unattractive.

Next, what do you have to OFFER a girl? A penis? who doesn't. Do some stuff, be interesting and friendly. Or, you could whine about how no one wants to look at you. Sorry to be harsh, but it's your life, you get what you give.

Hit the gym, work on your confidence. If you are more outgoing than your attractive friends, that'll net you some attention. So make sure you are the one opening sets and introducing THEM to girls. It'll make you seem like a boss and that status alone will attract girls to you.

Physical appearance when attracting women isn't as important as the attitude you display and the social status you demonstrate. If she thinks you are a big deal, she'll be interested regardless of what you look like. But working on your body will help in situations where you cannot demonstrate status.

Lastly, there is no such thing as objectively ugly.... every individual has their preferences. So try not to put yourself down. Not everyone will enjoy your flavor, focus your attention towards those that do.

fuck pushups. Get a membership at a gym.Start doing compound lifts 2-3 days pr. week. Try also to upper your caloric intake every week. You can not loose by doing this. Its healthy,you feel better,more muscle, more confidence and a good place to practice your game.

Get buff, get healthy. Work on your inner score. It's all about how you carry yourself. Stop slumping and walking around like you're a chode. Walk around like a man and mean it. Tall broad shoulders, straight back, the whole shtick.

Don't have a gloomy look on your face. Sometimes you may not even notice it yourself. Women will come eventually..don't force it.

Pick up interesting hobbies. Sports? Sure. I play tennis myself. Most people do basketball,football, or soccer. Pick up an instrument. Go places! Road trip with friends. Have fun and exciting adventures. Take lots of pictures.

The absolute BEST thing you can do is improve yourself, and the women will come naturally.

Women care way more about your behavior than they do about your appearance. That doesn't mean appearance doesn't matter, you still should look the best that you possibly can. It does mean that you can more than make up for your physical shortcomings by being a more interesting/fun/exciting person.

Also, on the subject of the one girl saying, "nah he looks ugly". For one, that girl can fuck off. Don't worry about her, and don't even think that her opinion of you matters. What you should be thinking about is that what she said was most likely a response to one of the other girls saying, "I think he's pretty hot". The point is, you are never going to be attractive to every girl, but I can guarantee you are attractive to some girls. Keep your head up and be the best you can be!

You need to get yourself a good wingman that will hype you up and make you look like your the life of the party.The trick is to get 1 good looking buddy, chat up some chicks, have him hype you up, then have those chick meet the rest of your good looking friends. Chicks love "being apart of beautiful groups or getting inviting to "cool" groups. Its like VIP for them. If you set that up just right...girls should bite your way. The trick is to make it look spontenous and to remind your wing man thats its about you and to continue to prop you up.

Self limiting beliefs are a bitch. If you think you are too....X, Y, and Z...you are. Learn solid attraction game, work on your inner game, learn to read body language, work on your confidence...and understand that with women, a lot of attraction is how you make them feel.

As someone of average physical attractiveness with very attractive friends, I can relate. As other people have said, hit the gym and get confident, of course. But also, use your situation to your advantage. Being around high value people gives you social proof and let their confidence rub off on you.

It's totally fine either way. I'm asking because YOU need to get clear on what YOU want. Otherwise, if you don't have a real focus, then you won't get anywhere.

I am 5'5 and skinny as fuck also, kinda weird. I'm 19 and it took me till last year to do anything with a girl. For me it was just the way i carried myself. Can i ask how old you are?
