Some of these other comments prove this sub is becoming a joke.

The easiest thing to do is confidently go up and say "Hi" then introduce yourself and ask for their names.

Going up to them with some planned line might end up backfiring and ironically making you seem creepy and/or desperate. Overthinking the approach can really hurt you.

Just by approaching multiple women alone will show confidence. Not many men out there can do something like that, and the women will definitely realize that.

Read "Mystery Method" a book by Mystery. Also "Magic Bullets" by Nick Savoy. They go in detail and teach how to approach groups of women pretty scientifically.

2 line comments you will get on reddit won't be of much help. "Seperating the girl" or "Catch the girl alone" is something you have to UNLEARN about meeting women. You address the group as a whole and only isolate the girl you are targeting in the comfort (C1-C2) phase.

Something that I started doing and never really thought about it, but I do this a lot now. Approach the group with a small smile, and just wait until they acknowledge your presence. This isn't "I'm off to the side and seeing if you look at me." You enter their space / join their table, whatever it is. Then you can smile and say literally anything.

"You guys look like you're too smart to be here." Or literally anything. You can even say "Hey, I'm x." Suddenly they'll try to make it less awkward by finding things to talk about. Yeah, just enter their space confidently, and smile.

Met my gf that way while she was with her best friend.

Came up and asked for their favorite dinosaur.

Then build up enough value for them to follow me around the party and approach new people with me. It turns out they were both fan of zombies so we just asked people what weapon they would use in case of apocalypse zombies.

We had a lot of fun and then I took their number by asking which one of them was the party leader.

Generally girls in bars or clubs are there to meet guys, so don't feel bad for interrupting their conversation. They want you to interrupt (unless it looks intense). As many others have said, just saying "Hi" is a great opener. Talk to everyone in the group, even the guys.

Be interesting. Easily said, I know, but it's not too hard. Ask basic questions like "what are you guys up to tonight?" "How did you all know each other?" etc. Don't feel like you have to do all the talking. Most people's favorite topic is themselves, so ask leading questions and try your best to listen and be interested. Have a few interesting life stories on tap to tell. Sometimes you must share of yourself before they're willing to share with you. Just relax, stand confidently and have fun.

Once the group accepts you, they may even push the single girls in their group towards you (this happens in large groups of girls).
