Be alive.

Absolutely, no one wants to be with some one who is not alive.

But being alive does not mean you have to be the life of the party.

You meet people who can be the life of a party and when the party dies - it becomes hard to spend even 5 minutes with them.

Finally, Passion has to be natural, it cannot and should not be manufactured! If it's not natural you will feel tired and lethargic after some time rather than excited and alive.

Just a pet peeve on the 'Walking Dead' portion...People are out walking on the street to get from point A to point B. How alive do you expect them to look? When I see a group of people interacting at a coffee shop or on a patio, you may see that people are more 'alive' than you think.

Really struck home with talking to people working in the service industry. Can't tell you how many times I've been personal with people in service and got something in return, whether it be casual conversation with our group at the bar, an extra drink, a large upgrade, a discount, promotional item/coupons, etc.

Sorry but I think this is the wrong message. The goal should not be to be remembered, it should be to be content. Contentment is different for every person, and the problem is most people never figure out what makes them content because they are afraid. People on their death bed are not afraid they won't be remembered, they are regretting all the things they never got to try. Hell most of them don't even know what they didn't get to try which makes them even more sad.

People are not just bored for lack of external excitment, and you won't take that away from them except for brief moments... You will always be forgotten with time either because of distance, diverging interests, or new shiny baubles. People are actually bored with themselves, they are not content because they stopped developing at some point. They started following the easiest paths on many things... the dopamine release from getting a bunch of meaningless facebook likes, the dopamine release they get from getting a higher score in a puzzle game, the dopamine release they get from working long hours and telling themselves "I am doing what I was told I need to do, and I did it correctly". We are all defined by our chemicals, but most people take the quick easy hits, instead of the long term ones that build a constant level of contentment

The problem is most people are unfulfilled, and you will be too if you are following self improvement in an effort to have other people to act as mirrors showing you "Look how damn good you've become". That's straight up narcissism and a waste of your life.

Instead find contentment... find what makes you tick, find balance, and get as many different experiences as you can in life. Try it all so you don't have to be afraid of anything, and in the end do it for just you. Other people will flow in and out of your life, enjoy that... but don't make that the goal. If you do this, I believe (yes I can only believe) you won't end up being that sad on your death bed, you'll be too busy either with your kickass memories or in the moment as shitty as it may be. But why the fuck do you care? You don't even know who that guy at 80 will be, so go find out and give him the best memories you can possibly find.

I love being high energy. however it shows signs of neediness and it's a " beta" trait trying to seek attention.

As far as seduction goes I find talking slow and clear works best.. high energy isn't as attractive and will increase chance of being friend zoned

From personal experience ya gotta use it in tiny amounts. Don't go overboard and be a clown.

For example during a conversation, every so often when creating rapport go high energy to make connection.. but only in short burst then speak slow and calm again
