One idea I like quite a bit, is to meet at your place before going out, so at the end of the evening, she is returning to your place, rather than going there for the first time.

This also applies inside your house. When she first comes in, give her a quick tour, including "this is my bedroom" and then take her back out of the bedroom quickly. Then she has already been in there once.

Which should indicate that it doesn't matter a whole lot how you phrase it. A simple "do you want to come back to my place" is fine.

I had this problem for a long time. Not that I didn't invite women home but it wasn't often and consistent. What I learned is that every girl I met, I always tried to get them to come see me, for a very long time. I've met a lot of cute/fine women over there years and lost a lot too. I have this long lasting fantasy to meet a woman one day and bring her home the same day to fuck (My mind was so wrapped around women in porn and felt that I can just fuck a woman like that too, even though they were doing it as a business lol). I'd say that I'll get a first day lay 10% of the time.

What I learned is that all woman are not same (I always imagine them in a porno scene and want to do that scene with them). So it takes time with some women. What I do now is give a woman 1 week to try to fuck. Most woman have this thing about first day come over shit, so instead I try to do it on the 2nd or third date spread across within a week.

So if I met a woman on a monday, ill text her once that day and call her the next day. on tuesday ill try to set up a date that night if she free. then ill text her a good time that night, and text her wednesday again or call and talk for about 15 - 30minutes. Then I'll try to get her out friday night. on friday night game is on (assuming you flirted with her enough leading up to friday) then i'll try to bring her back home or atleast that weekend. So thats about a week right there.
