Realistically, I'd say you usually need to spend 2-5 hours together over the course of a couple dates.

If you ooze masculinity and are good at screening for horniness, you can consistently make things happen in under an hour. If you're more of the provider type, you might end up in the 3-5 date range before she's attracted enough to drop her knickers. If you're teenagers, she's still trying to figure out who she is, so there's no rhyme or reason to it.
