Make eye contact with the person that you are speaking with, regardless if you are flirting, meeting someone for the first time or interviewing for a job. Shows confidence and is an easy way to see if the other member in the conversation is having a nice time
Listen to what the person is taking about so you can ask relevant questions and make witty remarks.
Relax and have a good time with it. Get out of your head. Laugh when something is funny. Make fun of her/him when they say something silly. Be a fun person to talk to.

Start with those and you will make up further rules for your style of flirting

It's largely a vibe, and tone of voice/speech pattern. And then you know the pua techniques? They are all a natural part of flirting and super easy to pull off. Push pull, being cockie as a joke, role places. Take always. All that is naturally wile your flirting.

Lots of people here will give you clear-cut & good advice.

On the chance that the advice you get is not what works for you, here's something that works for me. Just have fun. Open conversations with everybody man & woman. Make sure that everybody enjoys being out. Make sure you're enjoying yourself. Even when you're not picking up women, make it a good time.

Flirting - after that - is only a matter of degree. Also, you'll be surprised how many women approach you once you've indirectly established yourself as the fun one.

The best way I think I can answer it is with its definition which is: "behave as though sexually attracted to someone, but playfully rather than with serious intentions.". The things that I picked up from that is intent, assume attraction, and being nonchalant and playful as opposed to being serious.

all of them are very important, never realised how important intent and assuming attraction was, but be at ease. be in the moment. have fun! its called gamefor a reason. teasing, subtle sexual remarks, challenging (not sure but seems to work for me) qualifying, push pull all that stuff!

but you ve got body language, kino , eye contact, vocal tonality and projection that are great too!

I could tell you what works for me. To actually talk to everybody when I'm feeling like it.

If I feel down or tired, my social skills go downhill. So actually being relaxed and happy helps me a lot when talking to people.

I strive for joyful conversations, and then try to get them to be more meaningful.

If I'm not feeling that we share the same codes (as in jokes, pop culture, history knowledge, etc). I get quite flustered and go full "meh" mode.

I would highly recommend a body language book. I'm currently listening to a body language audio book on YouTube and it has alot about flirting in it. I think up to 80% of communication is body language so by showing someone that your into them using positive body language helps alot. Also being able to read body language is beneficial because you'll be able to know if the person your flirting with is interested in you aswell. To me it's both of you having fun in a "Man to Woman" way. Teasing and banter that's slightly sexual. Tonality and eye contact is a big part IMO
