Saturday night was my first night out since i started learning this game stuff...and man i fucked up so bad. I was so incongruent and awkward it was painful. I found it so hard to maintain eye contact and be properly physical.

I basically had this one girl eyefucking me from a distance of a little less than 1 metre away and i could see her staring at my eyes and face from the corner of my eye every time i looked away. And all i could do was give her an awkward best friend hug and ask her what her name was. She asked what mine was and that was it for the interaction. My mind blanked out and the conversation fizzled, and i looked away and returned to my awkward beta male dancing attempt.

Unlike other girls that i fucked up with that night, she gave me a second chance and stuck around me despite the awkwardness, and continued sneaking glances, even striking up her own conversation afterwards about me wanting to drink water because my mouth was dry af. And i was powerless to do anything but make small talk. Im so pissed off at myself.

This same thing happened with 2 other girls that night. Every time i tried to take the lead and initiated the interaction. My lack of congruency and awkwardness made the conversation fizzle out and killed off the interaction. Everything would go well for the first 10-15 seconds or so, then when i ran out of things to say besides "whats your name" and "you look sad", it got really awkward. Every single time.

What should i have done different? And do you guys know of any articles/videos/blueprints on club game? The loud music and energetic environment completely threw me for a loop that night and i felt like such an idiot.
