In this order of life changingness:

The power of now by Eckhart Tolle - all you need for solid inner game, it's a spiritual enlightenment book that helps with eliminating irrational fears and anxieties like talking to girls or presenting projects in class or work
The way of the Superior Man by David Deida - game/pickup/seduction is useless if you don't understand how a man must behave. Having no male role models growing up I spent lots of time with my mom and older sister and became very feminine (weak purpose, indecisive, concerned with relationships rather than my purpose)
No More Mr Nice Guy by Dr Robert Glover - I suffered from nice guy syndrome, I was a people pleaser and feared getting on people's bad side and let girls walk all over me out of fear of them hating me. This book shows you why you're not getting what you want and how to correct nice guy syndrome.
How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie - I was a complete social idiot and never listened to a word anyone said, it went in one ear and through the other. This book teaches you that people will be more drawn to you and like you more if you actually care about them by listening, arguing is bad and only causes resentment and good ways to negotiate.
Models by Mark Manson - this book didn't help much because I feel it was intended for people who are so bad at life in general and not just with women as it focuses a ton on self improvement through finding hobbies, eating well, dressing well. Biggest takeaway is how to be a non needy man, accept rejection and love it because you and that woman are incompatible anyways, etc, oneitis is dumb, etc.

Honorable mention although seddit community really hates red pill philosophy, some guys like myself are beta males and need a reality check. The Rational Male by Rollo Tomassi will help you understand gender dynamics, how women say one thing but act another way, that beta behavior is why women aren't attracted to you, and why being an alpha male will get you far in life with women and other areas.

Deep Inner Game by David DeAngelo. It gave me the tools I needed to get a grip on my social anxiety.

You Can Have What You Want by Michael Neill. It's basically my go-to self development book, as it gave me some much needed new ways of looking at things. Much of the book flies straight in the face of "traditional" theory, but in my experience it just makes it more effective because it offers new ways of thinking.
