How to get the thought "I am the prize" to stick in your head?

Be the prize.

Now ask your self: Are you a prize?

Are you the Confident, Fun, and Exciting guy a women wants to be with?

Then work to become that guy. Work to become "the prize".

Make the changes in your life you need to, independent of the outcome, to better yourself. Meditate, if you have to, to figure out what the ideal man is, in your opinion.

I work out. Not to loose a certain amount of weight or to look a certain way. I work out to build my self esteem, to live a healthier life, to feel the dopamine rush.

But...since I do work out, I do look and feel better. (but that is not my goals in working out)

And looking and feeling better (is one of many things that) makes be "feel" more confident. I feel like "the prize" I know I am.

I had Approach Anxiety for most of my life, I was quiet, shy, introverted, nerdy. So a few years ago, I got fed up with my social skills and just started talking to anyone and everyone.

Now, I no longer feel any anxiety when talking to people, or even really hot girls. None. I trained my self, after 1000s and 1000s of approaches, to just not worry about the outcome. I have the "give no fucks" attitude.

I became "Outcome Independent". If I approach a cute girl, it is no different then when I approach the Janitor at work. If she engages me, that's great, if she smiles back, that's great, if she blows me off, that great...(I don't want to waste her time, and I don't want her to waste mine). 3.9 Billion other girls to talk to...

So with my "Outcome Independent" attitude, I know (therefor I am confident) that I can start a conversation with anyone, and see where it takes us.

So, knowing I can talk to girls, girls I find attractive, it is no longer me hoping "does she like me?"...its actually the opposite..."Do I even like her, beyond her looks". I probably reject as many girls who reject me...and that's OK.

I no longer put cute women on a pedestal, instead, I feel they must impress me, as I feel I am worth it. I feel I am the prize.

Subconscious communication is huge. You must be positive and do positive things in your life, for your own reasons. Not for validations from others. Try volunteering for a real positive attitude boost.

The happier you are in your life, and in the things you do, and the more things you do in life, the more attractive you will be to a girl.

Girls are attracted to the Fun and Exciting lifestyle of a guy. She wants to be a part of that life with her man.

You are the prize when you know that you have the confidence and courage to lead an exciting and intriguing life that a girl would be interested in.

Make yourself become the prize... When you're a "complete package", you'll know it and it will show.

-Workout and eat well: For health, looks, self esteem and dedication

-Learn new things: Whether it's self improvement/mindset stuff or simply something for work.

-Build your career: Seriously make yourself some coin/status, it increases your quality of life.

-QUIT BEING ENTITLED: So many believe they are owed something because they tried hard or were there first. Suck it up - life is hard and the cards are sometimes stacked against you. Work harder.

-Be a good listener and be social: Ask a lot of questions... people live to talk about themselves and they'll basically tell you what they want from others if you think about what they're saying.

-Learn to say no: Spend your time doing things worth doing. There isn't enough time to do everything

-Drop bad habits: excess drinking, drugs, too much video games, too much porn or internet

-Try not to complain too much

-Be a good person

-Make yourself some alone time whether it's for meditating or workout time or just reflection. Have some alone time.

-Drop or at least change the frequency you spend time with friends that are dragging you down no matter how long you've known them. Sometimes friends don't want you to succeed out of jealousy or fear

Being the prize isn't just a mindset... it's actually becoming something worth having in your life. Otherwise you're just faking it and once realized it ours people off (friends, acquaintances, girls)

Hopefully you'll learn to look for a woman that is more than just looks. She should add to your life as much as you add to hers.

You can tell yourself "I am the prize" but if you're a fucking slob sitting in you're parents basement it's not going to do any good.

You need to improve your life. For me that meant a good career, place in a trendy nightlife area, nice car, nice clothes, money in the bank, a decent body after a year of diet and exercise.

This stuff definitely has power and I think the reason pick-up has become so powerful is because it taps into Universal Laws.

I always believed I was worthy of an amazing girl but yet I always dated girls that I couldn't connect with. I was never truly satisfied with any of my past relationships. The reason is deep down I knew that I wasn't being myself. I wasn't reaching the life goals I knew I was capable of.

When I discovered pick-up I realized I was worthy of amazing girls but I needed to push myself. Approaching sets and getting rejected and continually pushing because I knew that this path lead to gold.

After months and even years I started to date these spectacular women. Even people around me were impressed with the girls that I was dating. It was a super exciting time.

This gives me a huge push and I have been doing great. Every week its like I am experiencing a new level of life. There are new obstacles and opportunities. By pushing myself I have been able to find ways to overcome and get the most out of opportunities.

I would encourage you to speak to yourself. Confirmations of what you know you can accomplish. Let your words embed themselves deep in your conscious.

Studies show that when farmers speak to certain plants or vegetables they grow bigger then those that were not spoken over.

Imagine how much more intelligent your brain is and what you can accomplish with it.

2017 is going to be a great year for all those guys that push themselves!

Put yourself into the woman's shoes.

I think my being this sort of intermittent 20% bisexual kind of helps with this because the little piques in attraction to men seem to feel more feminine in a way, strangely.

I know that I'm a bit awkward, but I also find awkwardness in girls to be kind of a turn on. It's so natural and vulnerable.

So, if you can kind of roll with your flaws, awkwardness, etc. you might start to realize that you're actually laying a lot more attractiveness groundwork than you think.

Likewise, this makes you a prize even if you're not the best at everything. You're a prize because you're a human who feels okay in his own skin.

Everyone has characteristics that are seductive. It's part of simply being human. A lot of people can be pretty repulsive, but it's pretty easy to tell what actually makes someone repulsive, and anyone can take care of the repulsive things, except for in extreme circumstances.

It's interesting how women often think of themselves as the prize. How many times have a woman said "my body is a temple" or "I will only save myself for that special someone". Almost all women think they're something to be pursued over.

Yet, if a guy thinks that, some would call it narcissistic and pseudo-alpha male talk.

By the way, this self-affirmation business doesn't work unless you have shit to back it up. If you don't take care of your mind, body and spirit, a woman is gonna see right though it and no amount of your self-delusion will change how she views and treats you. Just like, a 350 lb woman may think her body's a temple, but nobody will want it.

I don't like this concept at all honestly. You are not the prize and she is not the prize. Now you have to bear in mind that I want a relationship. I can see how this applies to lays but in a relationship there is no prize, it's a collaboration. You want a quality girl and she wants a quality guy. It's completely win-win.

Pick up is a competition between you and the girls emotions. If you can make her feel like your are the best thing since sliced bread, she will suck your dick so there is immense pressure for you to perform. If you fail, you lose the girl, if you succeed, you'll have amazing sex. Not bad honestly. I don't see how I am the prize helps in pick up from the start, it's iffy at best. Just amp her emotions more and more until she goes overload and stops seeing straight and fuck her brains out. You can probably use the I am the prize once she's pissed drunk on all the stimulation you have given her. At that point, the frame would stick and she would chase you and go crazy but if she doesn't want you and you go I am the prize and you should chase me, it's weird and very out of place. I don't like the concept much. Just keep amping until she stops seeing anything infront of her and fuck her. Imagine the girl is telling you how good you make her feel, is grinding you, seductively makes out with you and then goes "you want me". It sticks. But if she goes "you want me" from the start, it's iffy.
