We do not have any confirmation of service yet. The sheriff has until March 27th to make service on Ben before we have to file a new request for service. I am concerned that this case has been on hold for so long without Ben being served because we have six months to get him served before it is dismissed. We are now running up against that deadline and may need to refile if we cannot get a voluntary appearance signed by Ben or have him served.
