I remember this. When there are "vigilante pedo hunters" I think those people need to be investigated. Many times already I've seen people accuse others of being pedos or call people pedos for liking anime, then those accusers end up being caught as actual pedos.

It's a common family court strategy. Preponderance of evidence standard. Family courts have been "believe all women" since the 80s.

We know in the usa in the 50s it was a cultural norm of white women falsely accusing black men of rape or sexual harrassment (remember Emmet Till?)

The idea of believing women is a fucking joke. Especially when the feminists who promote the idea of believing women then spread prejudices against men in DV that men who report abuse are perpetrators posing as victims, tricking the shelters, were abusers themselves etc. This is a common problem.

I thought Australia was tough on crime but the sentencing is an absolute joke, and naturally the false accusation lady gets bail. Poor delicate creature, am I right?

Ironically, we used to be gullible poor-offenders and who-gives-a-shit-about-victims but if this was in Sweden today, they'd all be away for 18 years, with possible release after 12.
