It's Tinder; unless you're sending creepy aggressive messages you're not going to accidentally traumatise someone. Being honest about your intentions in a polite, honest way is the opposite of creepy.

After reading a comment on here I've started sending "You look like you like to be spanked" as my default opener with girls who have boring photos and no bio. I was shocked by how many girls respond enthusiastically. Sure, a few are gonna act offended, but a good many more happily jumped straight into talking about sex.

It's not creepy if you're respectful when she says no. Just be upfront in a casual manner, ie. don't say "I want to grab you by the pussy", but rather something like "I'm just looking for fun at the moment". Some women will run away but that's ok, they're not who you're looking for anyway.

You can tell girls are looking for hookups if they don't run away when they understand that's your case.

You'll get less matches and responses but you can put something on your profile to indicate what you're looking for. That would be the most honest way to go about it.

Honestly, I agree with some the comments here. Say it clearly on your profile but in a tasteful way, like “looking for casual fun” or “not looking for anything serious” that is totally ok and not douchey. Include a good bio though and leave that as your last line. A good bio helps a tonne with matches - even for hookups, because it makes you stand out. Find out how to make one with this. Would leave out the spanking approach unless you’re feeling ultra-brave though.. haha. Leaving it for the date is heading into uncertain territory where you’re not sure if she’s ok with that and therefore if she’s not, you will have wasted time by heading out.
