I recently decided to journal my experiences with all the girls I've been with sexually and what I've learned from these experiences following my most recent breakup. It was very cathartic because when I look back at these experiences it helps me see patterns that I hadn't noticed before. I also wrote down data as to where I met these girls, how long before we had sex, and whether or not I used a condom. I don't want this to come across as me looking at women as numbers because there was heartache and love and lust all the way through these experiences. But looking at things objectively helps to see patterns and help me make future decisions. Some of these are personal realizations and some I hope can be of help to you. Before starting in my seduction journey I had only had been with 4 girls. Now, I've been with 19 girls, 2 of which were very serious relationships.

Conclusions:

-Communication is one of the most important tools to having great relationships or even just great sex.

-Sex without an emotional investment in a person can be draining.

-Age and stage of life makes a huge difference in whether or not a girl knows what she wants and whether or not she has a fickle personality or desires.

-People you meet over the internet can be VERY socially inept. Being compatible through text and messages does not guarantee compatibility in person at all.

-If a person adds more negativity to your life then positivity you should disassociate

-If you are putting way more effort into a relationship or chase than the other person or if you like them much more than they like you than it's probably a lost cause. Vice verse, if they put in way more and like you way more than you them, it can lead to resentment over time

-Don't trust anyone in financial ways. Borrowing money or paying you back is bullshit. If you do give someone money assume it's gone. Girls who can't or don't or won't even offer to pay for themselves are not worth paying for.

-Sexual experience can be a big factor in whether or not something works out and sometimes there's no way around it. And yes, it will suck. Sexual compatibility is key.

-Use a fucking condom dipshit, pregnancy and stds are not worth it. If you're getting into a serious relationship with someone, offer to both get tested before having condomless sex. You have gotten chlamydia once and this was a wakeup call because it's really easy to treat. Haven't had condomless sex since this and I'm proud of myself.

-Sex used to cope with other emotional problems can be unhealthy and detrimental. Shallow sex drains you. BUT, if you are honest with your intentions, both to yourself and others, then there is nothing wrong with sex for the sake of sex, rebound sex, etc.

-The best sex I've ever had is in serious relationships because you get to know each other extremely well and how to get each other off. I thrive on and desire emotional intimacy.

-Dont get into a serious relationship with someone if you know you have differing life goals or situations (marriage, kids, career, they live in Europe, etc.).

-People change and evolve and there's no way around it. Accept them or realize that you might need to move on because you've drifted

-Breaking up is hard but let yourself grieve. Dont just avoid your problems. Cry, stay active, journal, talk to people about it, whatever.

-Love and lust can be hard to differentiate. The spark I feel inside when I'm with a person helps me to differentiate, not better way to explain it. The test of time is the most reliable.

-Be more understanding of other people's perspective. But don't let that stop you from chasing your own happiness. Sometimes you need to hurt someone to do what's best for you.

-Dont put fun times in higher consideration than your friends. To be basic, "bros before hoes"

-Sex with people in relationships, especially when you don't know theyre in one, makes you feel used or even just plain out shitty because you could be the catalyst in someone else's relationship breaking up

-Drunk/drug decisions can be reckless, so if you can't make smart moves about wearing condoms or other shit than take care when and where you do substances

-Sex doesn't always ruin friendships, but if you do ever make a move on a friend know you can ruin it

-Personal:I love touchy, cuddly, small girls and if a girl is all of those things than it becomes difficult to differentiate love and lust so put deep consideration into that before getting too attached to a girl.

-Dont get into a relationship assuming people change over time.

-Trust in your gut instincts, sometimes you know the right move but don't want to listen to yourself.

-Dont be someone's second choice, you are worth more than that

-Dont give up on relationships without working on them but you also know you can't save a sinking ship

-Rushing things can ruin a relationship that could've worked out in the long run.
