It just means she's comfortable around you. That's great either way. Now you need to set up the frame of your relationship, otherwise you're gonna end up friend zoned. Someone who is comfortable with you will do that. I've had girls interested in me do that, as well as close friends. They might be into you a bit as well, but it is just an indication that they're comfortable being in your proximity.

Wow you have really unsupportive friends. The only way to know how into you a woman is, is for you to escalate. All you know now is that she’s fine with a pretty intimate level of touch with you. It’s a good sign but doesn’t mean she wants to sleep with you/date you. A woman could make out with you and still not want to sleep with you, so it’s up to you to increase the attraction/comfort that’s already there and see how far you get. You can almost always step your toes past the line that makes her uncomfortable without her blowing up at you.
