It was around 1AM at this very popular street here in my town, and it was a crazy night. I was with a girl friend, and two male friends, and the street was crowded with loud soundsystems, and the whole scenario looked like the carnival here in Brazil, as the streets were almost blocked by how many people were partying. Unfortunately some fights were happening here and there, and maybe this had an influence in the later event.

After a few drinks I was a little bit in my head, but I was still having fun and meeting a lots of girls that my girl friend knew. At some moment I decided that I was kinda of overwhelmed by the loud environment and by how many people in the group, so I went to just wonder alone and do some game without any acquaintance. Right away I've felt fucking awesome, that was my night, everything was easy and the world was full of joy. I've passed through a girl and complimented her style of pants, I don't know if she heard me, as we passed fast by each other, but it didn't really mattered to me. I was feeling like Rsd Tyler, breathing confidence lol

Next I was passing by this group of 5 girls that were having fun they had 17;18 years old, two of them kissing each other, so me, as happy and confident as I was, I got a little closer, without getting too close or touching anyone, and started clapping and cheered saying "I do ship you guys!!" (ship is a term that means that I cheer for the couple, in a more fun and lighthearted way). The two that were kissing started cheering and just applauded with me the moment. I lifted my hand so one of them and I could high five, she complied and happily high fived me. After we did, one of the girls that I was not paying very attention to, was smiling and happily asked to take a sip of my drink, I've said 'Sure!' and handled her my cup so she could drink. Right as she took the cup she kicked me in the balls! For a split second I though it was funny, because of how awkward it was, thinking she was just playing with me, but then the pain finally reached my brain and I realized she really had kicked to cause me harm.

The other girls didn't seem to have noticed with all the noise in the area and the happy conversation they were having to each other. The girl that kicked me now had an ironic and kinda of mean expression and said that I was drunk and that I should go away. I then realized that her intention was to just take my drink, and I still kind of laughing said "you is even more drunk than me, give me back my drink", as I've reached to take the cup, she just turned around with a very bitchy and kind of proud face (to have stealed my drink I think), so I went a little aggressive and went to grab my cup by taking off her hand. As I touched the cup to take from her, she said "hey just let me take a sip" with an slightly angry face, as she holded the cup firmly, a little bit of drink spilled in her arm. She said "look what you've done dude", with a poker face. I then decided to not deal with this anymore, and said sorry as I was started waking in opposite direction. In this whole interaction after the kick she avoided eye contact with me.

I'm still trying to assimilate the experience, and I don't know if I really did something bad to them, or if the girl was just crazy. What could I've done to avoid this, and how should I've reacted?
