There are certain instances and situations that playing the long game is to your advantage and just more socially calibrated. This could be gaming with coworkers, with friend groups, in sports leagues, in class, at gyms etc.

In these situations, it is actually better off to not come off as strong, because you’re going to be seeing these people on at least a semi-consistent basis and don’t want to ostracize yourself from the social group based on a failed pickup.

You’re essentially doing the same things in regular game, but on a slower timeline and with slower escalation. You still want to give good eye contact and spike the girls emotions, but perhaps with less touch and more of getting to know the girl and with verbal escalation and verbal flirting.

The absolute most important thing when playing the long game is to always assume you’re starting from square 1 when you see the girl again. Girls are not like an on/off switch, even though you may have flirted well and made a good connection last time. Girls are more like a dimmer, you have to once again work up their mind and spike her emotions to get her in that turned on state.

You don’t want to wait too long to finally make that move, but you also don’t want to come off as a guy who’s just gonna have sex with her at first sight/meeting (whether or not that actually happens).
