6 foot 5 is not freakish tall, it's just tall, so relax, it's a positive. You lost the weight but where are you on your lifting and size?

Dude, you're honestly gonna sound a little like "poor little rich boy" in here. Most of the guys in here would kill to be that tall. Hell I'm not even short and I envy you a little.

But I do get it. I may not be a giant, but I'm built like a rugby player with big broad shoulders and girls definitely do react to my physical presence in subtle ways. I find the important thing is to get them comfortable touching you, and not to escalate too suddenly, as otherwise you might freak them out more than normal because you're so much bigger. They'd have a much harder time pushing you off them.

Once they do get comfortable and attracted to you, your size will begin to become a bit of a turn-on. Use it. When you hug them or kiss them, lift them up a little. Give them piggyback rides or let them sit on your shoulders. By the time you're in the bedroom, they'll be aching for you to use those big limbs to manhandle her.

Seriously dude, being that tall isn't a detriment, it's a serious fucking asset when you know how to use it. Just recognize that girls would react to it, the same way you would if a 7' tall guy started chatting you up.

being tall, much like being muscular, or being tanned,or well dressed, it doesnt mean shit if you cant go up and just talk. The issue isnt your height, it could be the way you dress or you just dont know how to hold conversations yet.

First off, get use to guys trying to dominate you for no reason thanks to their inferiority complex, especially short employees/managers. Guys will automatically think you get all the p*ssy you want, and girls will automatically think you’re a player. I’m not even that tall 6’1 and I lift, but I get it all the time, so I can only imagine what you get.

Get use to some girls not liking you for the sole reason that most girls are naturally attracted to tall guys and they want to appear ‘different’ from the average girl.

People will automatically give you power which is cool sometimes OR feel the need to challenge you publicly to show dominance. It’s really dumb and I tried not to play those stupid games, but trust me, if you give an inch EVERYONE will take a mile. Learn to throw light social warnings that you don’t play that shit.

On the brighter side, if you’re more the dominant type, it’ll be easy to get girls if you keep learning game and know how to speak to women in a seductive way.

TL:DR : There’s a lot of good and bad that comes with being tall and In shape. Learn to be mean when you have to and nice when it’s deserved. Keep learning game.

Being tall is good. Be proud and happy for who you are. Eat healthy to be in reasonably good shape, because having too much body fat is not good. Being tall certainly help with girls. I worked at a club and girls are usually attracted to men who are taller than them, but not TOO MUCH taller than them. I will just assume on average girls are about 5'4-5'6, and taller girls like 5'7-5'9+ would prolly find it more comfortable to be in contact with u like hugging and kissing u.

Honestly, it comes down to confidence my man. I am 5'6 and I envy the shit out my tall friends. The gym and all that shit are important, but really its just your confidence. I'm guessing if I had your height I would literally do nothing different than I currently do because it only matters if you make it matter. Being tall doesn't auto make you successful with women, but it definitely will help.

Figure out where your problem is and work on that, it likely has nothing to do with your physical appearance.
