Next time try to chat a little bit longer if you feel up for it. If you do you'll soon realize that the VAST majority of girls aren't waiting to throw their drink on someone the first chance they get and are actually pretty friendly.

Now keep going, keep challenging yourself, make those baby steps. Try doing one such thing every day, and make talking to strangers a normal part of your life.

I sometimes approach strangers, give them a compliment and then leave. It may be a "nice hat" thrown in passing, or walking up to someone and saying "excuse me, I know this is not exactly typical, but I just wanted to say in passing that you have fucking awesome hair", or whatever. I tell myself "I'm giving out free compliments today". Even if they don't appreciate it, I at least made myself feel better by interacting with a stranger, so it's a win anyways.

One thing I did regularly a year or so ago that really helped me was to give women compliments with absolutely no expectations or next steps. No goal of getting their number, no attempts to take them home, no pressure. Just make their day with a genuine compliment and move on.

By this exercise I got used to having women really enjoy what I have to say, so I became less nervous in giving them compliments. Eventually I can give very sexual compliments and not give a fuck, like “holy shit girl, that sly smile of yours gets me going” and then walk off and chat up some other girls like I’ve already forgotten about it.

Sometimes the exit was an escape because I was nervous after giving the compliment and if I hung around a little longer I probably would have gotten the lay. But sticking around after the compliment became the next challenge, which was a step up from the initial challenge of just making the compliment.

Girls like being approached. It strokes our egos and we’re probably going to keep an eye on you for the rest of the night even if you just compliment and walk away. If we see you doing the same thing to every other girl in the room, games over. Keep that in mind.

If you compliment her why didnt you proceed asking about her name and what she does and bla bla bla... But that's a good start anw. Keep doing what you're doing by changing your thoughts in every approach, such as thinking that if you got rejected, you won't look at yourself in the mirror trying to figure out what's wrong with your face, or talking to yourself in the bathroom while pooping and asking yourself, why the fuck am I so dumb? Everybody thinks I'm dumb, I hate my life :(

So yh man we all been through the same shit and most of us still have that mindset. And let's not forget that life is too short to complain about the silliest things as being rejected by someone who didn't you... I mean okay they didn't like you so what?! Fuck it, let's move on and search for our next target. Even if we missed this one too, we're going to succeed!

Good job with your effort. Try rolling with someone that is experienced with approaching. Even if they don't pressure you to also approach, just watching them do it so easily over and over should put pressure on you to man up start practicing. This is what I tried to do when I was starting out.

A book by neil strauss, the game. One of his tactics for approaching woman for those us who arent "naturals", is in one day compliment 5 woman on something. That's it, dont attempt to get a phone number. Just approach, say hi, compliment, talk a bit if you can, then be done. Supposed to alleviate some fears about approaching. Its helped me. Good book too

I remember I used to be super awkward with girls but then I started approaching them and it got better overtime to the point where I can talk to girls without blushing or being nervous and I love it. I still have trouble when it comes to asking for their number/Insta but I'm working on it. Keep trying my friend, it will get better over time :)

This is how I started off. Eventually, you'll get better at it and get a conversation going. I remember someone saying on YouTube to start by giving random compliments to strangers and to look them in the eyes while you do it. It takes about a solid year or so to get decent at game if you practice it every day and learn new material. The biggest thing you should take from is that "YOU FELT LIKE" That's your ego talking and she probably liked you if you made eye contact with her before you approached. You can use something called word association to keep the conversation going by selecting a random related subject. Like for example, I like your dress. You can talk about Dresses, clothing stores, fashion, malls, shopping, etc.

Keep at it bro! Tbh, I use this as a warmup for the night. If it's clear you're complimenting them on your way to rejoin your friends or do something else, damn near every woman will respond positively because it doesn't seem like you want anything. It'll loosen you up for the rest of the night and it will make them more approachable later on since they already have a good feeling about you
