"You seem old" is a shit test you're falling into. 30 isn't old in the grand scheme of things, in fact early-mid 30s are the perfect age for 20-something girls who are into older men (and they are many).

Your mostly likely problem is that you're too socially anxious and you're undergaming girls. When they say "I have a boyfriend" that's their way of saying "I'm just not that into you". Whether or not it's true is irrelevant, you might as well just brush it off with a joke and/or eject.

Honestly dude, when I'm getting demoralized, I treat it as a sign that I need to step back and work on myself. In your case, work on the social anxiety by meditating. Work on your confidence by working on yourself. When you're sure of your own value, you're much less emotionally invested in any one interaction.

Wait, you're seeing a 13% success rate and you're "demoralised"?

Let's say you are Brad Pitt. You try to get a girl to go out with you, rich handsome movie star, some girls are lesbians, some girls are married or whatever, some girls are just stubborn or really don't like you. You're Brad Pitt, and maybe you are hitting 30%.

Your problem is not efficiency, it's throughput.

Hmmm....Germany is similar to the UK in terms of cold approach. MUCH tougher than what the US guys here will be able to relate too lol

All I would say though is that 30-40 approaches over 4 months is nothing!

Pro PUAs (say, Krauser, Tom Torerro, even handsome James Tusk!) tend to need like between 20-60 cold approaches to get laid with a hot girl! (according to them)

Are you showing intent? If you feel like you're just putting out a friendly, platonic vibe then put more focus in physical escalation, teasing and of course showing direct sexual intention.

Also, it's probably time to start going out at night. Change the logistics, nightime (bars, clubs etc.) is when people are more sexually receptive and in an overall good mood.
