Up until a few months ago, I was constantly pestered by the infamous "first kiss syndrome". I didn't know how to escalate the action, to transition naturally from a conversation into a kiss. It always came out weird, if it happened at all.

Then, I decided to strategize. Instead of waiting for the magic to happen naturally, I put together a recipe of concrete steps that were to get me over the hurdle. It worked. Now, every first date ends with a kiss, one that's so natural it's second nature.
