Went on another online date where the woman initially finds me attractive but we don’t “click”. This keeps happening to me so going to take a step back and do some self reflection. Had her resend the text to me because I got frustrated and deleted that shit. I feel like DMX right now on my “What These Bitches Want” shit. At the end of the day I gotta take responsibility and do things differently because what I’m currently doing isn’t working.

Edit - Field Report

Plan was to meet at this chocolate factory in San Francisco I got there first and realized it was really packed. She arrived 5 minutes after and we hugged. I then complained that it was kinda packed and she suggested we can go somewhere else. I was like yeah lets just walk and see what we can find. As we are walking we are doing the general small talk shit and we come across this cafe. I say lets check it out and we walk inside. This spot is also so packed so we leave and hit up this StarBucks down the street instead.

We go inside and proceed to our drinks and then take a seat. I’ve been trying to do a better job of leading so was taking initiative to guide us everywhere. We sit and talk and I ask her about her goals, career, childhood, and other things like that. I try to ask deeper questions because general small talk bores me and I visibly look bored and uninterested. After we finish up our drinks and I ask her if she is down to go for a walk and she is up for it so we leave the spot.

Once again I’m trying to lead and I pick a random direction and just walk. I suggest checking out a mirror maze but she has to work in the next 40 minutes so not sure if we have time. As we are walking towards the maze we encounter a group of street performers. She wants to check them out so we sit there and watch them do their performance. A crowd started forming and it got loud so I took this opportunity to initiate some kino and would rub her back while talking in her ear.

It was also cold and my hands were freezing so started to rub my hand on her arm since she had this furry coat on. She wants to help me out so she tells me to wrap my arm around hers. I didn’t have my arm around her waist we just locked arms which was a little weird but my hands were warm. After the performance ended she called an Uber so she could head to work. I waited for her and hugged her goodbye and that was it.

I’ll be honest I’m not a great flirt so the vibe was platonic most of the date while reading over this. Hell I’m texting another girl right now who was also really into me but after meeting me she just wants to be friends. Any advice will be appreciated. For now I think I just need to approach a ton of women and get more experience with how to flirt and seduce women.
