It's that immediate feeling of doubt. I can't talk to her, she won't like me, I could never get with her, etc. Stuff like this goes through a lot of guys heads so they convince themselves to not approach or if they do their lack of confidence shows. Of course you're afraid of rejection and lack experience but I find it still happening regardless.

Its frustrating because I know this holds me back and probably a lot of guys. It is uncomfortable approaching people you don't know in general so I guess its natural but then not only are you trying to make conversation, your trying to get laid. So ya I see the added pressure but damn, women aren't from another planet.
