In his book 3% Man, Corey Wayne recommends writing a list of qualities you want in a woman—everything from physical description, personality traits, etc. He also recommend writing a list of traits you DON’T want as well.
While I never wrote out a list, I did visualize a kind of woman I wanted—Eastern European or Russian, tall, intelligent, with a quirky sense of humor. Several months later, I met my current girlfriend randomly on a dating app who had many of those qualities.
I don’t necessarily believe that the universe ‘brings’ us things we desire, but I think there’s something to be said for putting down on paper or visualizing what we hope to achieve, as it helps us focus and drowns out the mental static.
Was just curious if anyone here has employed similar methods in their relationships, approach habits, or other aspects of their life.
