How much do you align with the “traditional” male gender role?

I don't subscribe to "gender roles", "traditional" or otherwise.

There are certain traits and behaviours that are typically associated with either men or women (or children). This is a value-less observation.

Referring to these traits and behaviours (and many others which are not "gendered") as "roles", implies that they are some kind of requirement, or that you are "less of a man" (etc.) for not being the stereotype, and is ascribing a value (positive or negative) to these traits. This is what I think should be discouraged as this seems to be what drives people to thinking that they have to enact (or reject) these behaviours which is what causes most of the problems.

I am who I am, not some idea that someone else has decided that I should embody...

I go with 5. I want to abolish gender roles. Because society has done a shit job with them.

A particular virtue sharing commonality with an age old tradition shouldn't prompt us to denigrate it.

Kim Jung Un studied in Switzerland, of course this wasn't his father's loyalty to the age old tradition of wealthy families sending their pampered kids to western European universities as was the case amongst many Russian aristocratic families in the 1800s; rather it overlapped between the cases of Kim's father and the Russian aristocrats where the geographical tilt of education was in favor of Western European universities and thus the practical action in theirs was to send the kids to study there.

On gender role tests I generally score 50/50 masc/fem.

So, I don't subscribe to gender roles, too restricting, there are positive and negative traits that both sexes/genders can exhibit, so I'd rather focus on fostering the positive ones while controlling the negative ones.

But, overall, I find that constraining behavior by gender/sex has done nothing good for society.
