As a man, just know corporate America does not have your back, you are alone, don't matter if you are black, white, Latino, gay, straight, neurotypical, neurodivergent, just know by the mere virtue of being a man, you are on your own and virtually have no allies

Not really gonna expand much on this and gonna try to stick to the title, but basically that. As a man, you're basically seen as a liability in most corporate jobs, everything you do and say gets micromanaged, you cannot afford to be too careless, almost anything can be used against you

It almost shows how much we're actually making workplaces less democratic, cooperative and more hierarchical, but with hierarchies of victimhood and status, rather than of competence and action

Our corporate environments are being feminized, turning into breeding grounds of cancel culture, political correctness, entitlement, communal narcissism and highly focusing on making sure no one gets ''offended'', while if anything this only makes mental health outcomes worse for the people just trying to do their job and not get too involved with office politics
