For just audio use your phone, I started recording myself with an Iphone and use the reportofon function.
For video/audio, use a spy cam that you can disguise in a small handbag that you carry in your hand.

If you use After Effects you can amplify the sound but also remove the trembling, and the final video is pretty decent this is how it looks like - VIDEO
