I'm located in South Carolina I'm 35m ex is 30f. Let's make it short: ex keeps messing with me about custody, first it was only me on the weekends and then she also wanted my weekends, and now we are 50/50 custody.

She just brought up again that she want me to see my daughter on the weekends only because she moved away and her future job will be away and she wants my daughter to change schools.

We had agreed to keep her at the same school and keep the 50/50 that we had already for 6 months.

I'm tired of the flip flopping and it's my fault for not getting it writing.

My question: Is there an affordable way to get a custody agreement paper that we can both sign for 50/50 custody?

If she declines the 50/50, what are my odds for 50/50 via family lawyers?

I just want to be a dad and be in my daughter's life...
