My STBX and I are divorcing after 14 years of marriage. During the marriage we purchased a home (contributed equally for the down and have been making joint payments). I put the deed and mortgage under her name. We planned to buy another home and put it under my name.

What are my rights on the house? Am I entitled to the equity equally given the house was purchased during the marriage? Is a Moors Mardsen needed? I am in CA. Thanks
