The club is not the right place to meet girls for guys like you. Literally the worst place of all for someone who is shy, 5.7 and is massively overweight.

Meet women in public parks, beaches, train trips, street, during the day instead because you’ll have way better chance than in a club which has the most uphill battle of all for a guy in your situation.

brother club game is 1) looks, 2)looks 3) confidence, 4)experience 5)luck If those 235 are not muscle you know where to start working. No matter how ugly or short you are, you can always make your body attractive enough for at least some to want to fuck.

Aside from that, it usually comes down to being drunk enough where you’re in the “zone”, then you can freely talk about anything with confidence.
But i’m telling you, if you’re not getting choosing signals (which you won’t unless you’re at least somewhat fuckable to a woman), it’s gonna be very tough as you’re going to be relying on cold approaching, which i personally will humbly say I would love to be good at, but i just fucking suck atm. It truly requires you to be ahead of everyone socially and charismatically.

Let’s say you you get a choosing signal. You approach, you SMILE, you say hi, and you always give a 3-5 second pause. this is good way for both of you to settle in the moment. Ask for her name, what she does do, how long she’s been in [town], first time at [club]? where does she usually go? Just light stuff, very light stuff, keep it short. Exchange socials, and link up later. Bonus if you vibe well and manage to touch lips (this will really solidify your position but dont seek it too hard, if it happens it happens it doesnt it doesnt)

If you do get a choosing signal, this should secure you a date 90% of the times.

All said and done, you absolutely need experience. Every time you’ll get an inch further. Otherwise you’ll come off as nervous and insecure, which will make her nervous and insecure, which will fail.

As to confidence, it can come from knowing you look good, knowing you’re intelligent, knowing you have money, just ahead of the curve in areas most people aren’t, but even the best people will feel insecure, so i will say that the key to confidence is being jaded enough by the world to the point where you don’t give a fuck anymore.

You lack the motivation to stop shoving food up your pie hole and getting in shape so you can start getting laid. Do it your way though. Women are supposed to like just as you are.

Club game is a bit tricky in that way, and I rarely felt particularly confident in them. Would get some successes here and there but only sporadically. I think it's best for you to expand your game into new areas. Not just rely on night clubs. Unless you have found one way to meet women that consistently works for you, you want to have a few different ways to meet women. Diversify your time-investment. Nightclubs are only viable a short time per night. How do you meet women the rest of the time? Try different ways.

Your root problem is mental health. Sex wont fix those issues, women just become a drug and keep you sick. Read about addiction, revisit trauma, exercise, cut out processed foods, fast, meditate.

Clubbing may not be for you. It's shallow, loud, expensive and bad for meeting potential relationships partners. ... I can describe it as a whole ecosystem of its own with its (pretty fucked up) rules, that are often against you.... Try something else. Go to a yoga class for instance. Or a dance class, like salsa. It's a similar shared activity, primarily single women, and even if you don't find someone to your liking, you certainly learn new skills and make new friends.

clubs are more about vibe then looks. Look presentable and be fun and you should be fine. Have thick skin everyone gets rejected. Always look like your having fun and don't take anything serious.
