Cold approach should be the last resort.

Think about it, what high value guys are out there cold approaching?

Most guys I know that get the most girls have a large social network where they are constantly meeting women.

They also have a lot of matches online, more matches on dating apps = more dates.

The only place where they cold approach is at the club. But they usually have a table and vip access too. So it’s not rly a cold approach.

Your breath might actually be bad. A lot of people have gingivitis/periodontal disease and don't even know. You really don't smell it on yourself since your nose gets desensitized to smells it smells all the time. You also don't necessarily have gum/tooth pain. Visit a dentist for x-rays and cleaning even if you don't think you need it.

If she wasn't coming up with a random reason to reject she just gave you VERY helpful information that will help you into the future. It's fairly uncommon that a woman will give you that honest of an answer because their natural inclination is to not try and trigger unknown men.

Take her criticism seriously. The worst that will happen is you waste some time and money on a cleaning you didn't need.

When in discussion of age it comes off better to play it off. If a woman directly asks how old I am I say, "Don't worry; I'm legal" or "You won't catch a charge, Chris Hansen isn't waiting around the corner" implying that they might be older than me even though it's clear I'm generally older (33). If you don't make it a big deal they won't, and there are PLENTY of women who find older men inherently more attractive. But you have to make it not a big deal to you so she can match it.

Also you mention your weight. If you have bad breath, overweight, it's also very likely your style, grooming, hygiene (nails, deodorant, etc.) need help.

You said that you need to lose weight so lose some weight.

Remember to floss after you brush. Your teeth will feel cleaner and your breathe won't smell as much.
