You already know she isn't good for you, the thing is that you can't stand being alone. So jerking off is going to keep your energy low which in this case might prevent you from humiliating yourself for her. I broke up with my ex about ten months ago now, because she had anger management problems. We had to meet up for something practical this weekend just gone and ended up having sex. It’s not getting back with the ex that’s the struggle for me, it’s staying apart! We’re like two magnets, we just snap together when we get too close. The point of no contact is to move on. It is not a tactic for her to beg you to date again. You do no contact and talk to other girls to be less attached to yoru ex and more involved with your new life without her. If your plan is to do no contact like some means to manipulate your ex into wanting you back, sorry to tell you but that's not how it works even if someone told you that.
