For me negging IS simply teasing and making her qualify but in a light hearted way.

negging is specifically a frame breaker. Most women are in a specific "frame" of mind when interacting with you. Typically it's (a) skeptical (b) determining if you're a creep or not, (c) determining if you're simping / beta. Use negging to break these frames. It doesn't have to be hurtful, but it should have the potential to sting.

The most effective neg I've ever used was telling a girl who was wearing high heel shoes that were a little too flashy "I saw a hot stripper wearing those shoes once." I dropped that little bomb and completely changed the subject. She was absolutely consumed with the comment, and gave me a hard time about it, and basically it came up for the next couple of weeks. "I can't believe you said that to me." It's perfect on multiple levels. It breaks every frame. It forces an immediate qualification.

Basically any neg on her choices can be effective. negs on choices that reflect her values is ever more effective. negs on choices that affect her sexual value are the most effective. Women wear jewelry, makeup, specific clothing, walking style, speaking style, to enhance (or detract from) their sexuality. These are all prime targets for negging.

Good points! It’s similar to make online contents, full of clickbaits or even ragebaits. Escalations or engagements don’t always have to be with negging or even kino to start with. You can playfully get her a little bit pissed with what you said or did, subconsciously it’s operated by same hormones anyway. I agree with this, the only concern is just treading it carefully.

Google up Push and Pull. The basic pattern is "I love you. I hate you." Or "I hate you. I love you." Mention something you dislike, and then something you like, in a flirty way.

Then look up Breaking Rapport (instead of Trying for Rapport or Neutral Rapport). It's when you talk with a downwards inflection. Do this and almost anything can become a "neg." "Hey. I like coffee." Said wile breaking rapport can be quite bossy.

Experiment with intense eye contact and breaking in and out of personal space. Also experiment with holding her hand, or generally being a bit more intimate than usual. Escalation always increases polarity.
