I apologize if this is the wrong forum to ask this question but as the title says, I'm in the middle of a separation and my soon to be ex-wife and I own several properties including one that we jointly own 50/50 as a vacation home that we also rent it out on Airbnb whenever we're not using it. This property does very well on Airbnb and is a cash cow for us but she is rather resentful for it because I've used it a few times recently (post-separation) with my friends and now she's insisting on selling the property. As it states clearly in the title, can she force me to sell the property when I have no interest in doing so because it is a steady stream of rental income and also because I'd like to occasionally use it? As an olive branch, I've even offered to pay her for the cost of using the property, e.g. utilities, etc, but she just seems unhappy with the fact that I'm having fun with my friends at the property when I've offered for her to use it with her friends whenever she wants.

In case it matters, we live in MA but the vacation/rental property is in NH near a popular ski resort.
