Im not re reading the side bar. Ive made some progress since getting divorced.

Top 3 things Im proud of: - Got a degree - Best physique and strength - Overcame depression

Top 3 things I hate: - I dont have confidence - I currently do not earn much money (moving to a big city soon) - I drink heavy often on the weekends

What Im currently focusing: - Maintain the good stuff - Earn more money - Get rid of this inferiority complex

I still lack assertiveness and still seek validation from others. I think after divorcing my reality shattered so hard that I developed a huge inferiority complex. Its undermining every effort I try to being more manly and dominant. I was always confident because Ive always been competent, but now It feels like Im afraid. Of situations, other guys, conflict. Im having a lot of trouble moving past it. And people really do tell, my body language is super awkward and insecure.

Like shit if I dont respect myself who will take me seriously? I need practical advice on how to solve this huge barrier.

Thank you.
