Some backgrounds - I am 25M from SEA living in the US, graduated from an elite school and work in a decent company in finance now. I am also social, active, decent looking, and in good shape.

With all of these good backgrounds, I’m actually having no games. My last and only relationship was 2 years ago and it was only for 3 months (I broke up with her because of long distance).

I have been to 100+ of dates in the US but they all ended with me being ghosted. Out of those 100+ dates, I got some fwb, some ons, some I only see 1 time before get ghosted, some I made it to the 2nd dates, barely any 3rd dates.

Currently I am seeing this girl. We had a great first date and already scheduled the 2nd one (it’s supposed to be 1 week after the first date but we pushed it to another week since I was out of town), but I think I am on a verge of fumbling it again. I tried to keep the conversation going via text between our last date and our upcoming date and I feel like I might just yapping at some points. She hasn’t responded for me for 1 day and I feel like she is slowly losing attraction.

Looking back, I identified some of the problems that I have, which centralized around the fact that I am a very nice guy and I am needy. After having a good first date especially if I got a kiss or got laid, I usually convince myself that she is the one, and I have already done my part here. I would start being insecure, over texting and over sharing (which is literally what happened with the current girl I am seeing now).

This is like a pattern for me now and it’s driving me crazy with my mental health. I would love to hear people suggestions on something that I can do to improve my dating experience!
