In most states everything is negotiable through consent orders. In most situations things escalate when lawyers get involved so be prepared for the fight of your life. Here are few things to think about.

Be very specific with the custody agreement. Time box everything and set due dates.

Exchanges, transportation, passports for kiddos, travel out of state, vacation travel time and locations, extracurriculars, meeting new partners, schools, birthdays, holidays, moving.

Do not sign a temporary custody agreement.
Document every single thing that happens. And I mean everything.
Name an arbitrator or parenting coordinator that will settle disputes.

My ex has used every opportunity to take advantage of the gray areas in our orders.

When it comes to the military, I know enough to be dangerous. You mention WA, is this the State that you have residency in? Learn the laws in the State with jurisdiction and any military rules that apply.

When you say State worksheet, it sounds like you are using State formulas? If so, that’s a great start. Do not deviate from calculations for child support, everything else is open to negotiation.

Start thinking about child support and alimony as two separate line items.

Financial entanglements are messy and need to be avoided. How long would you pay 500/month? Will your name be on the loan and/or title? What guarantee do you have insurance will be paid due? What if she trades the car in?

If you want to use the car for negotiating, go for it but you must have a way to pay it off right away.

Are you planning on resigning your commission or making at least 20 years? What will happen if you deploy, get stationed somewhere else, or do TDY?

How does medical work for you? When I was a kid, we had full medical through the army and until I turned 18 after my dad retired as a warrant officer, but that was the late 80's into the 90's.

But revisit the amounts. You may not need to. Depends what she would be entitled to on full care and scale down.

Car payment is excessive. If a car in picture could you not just provide a settlement than being stuck to $ amount.

She's going to bother you more on the car down the line such as maintenance issues. Don't extend yourself more than you really need to. I'm all about being fair and kind but like the other comment, plan for your own future too.

Car part made me mad as I'm visualizing her driving her future bf around on your tab.
