Hey everyone, went on a date last weekend with this girl i met. It was my first date since i broke up with my ex 2 month ago so i'm a bit rusty. We agreed to meet at a local park around 4pm, i arrived on time but she arrived about 40 minutes late due to traffic, i wasn't pissed because she appologized genuinly and told me it was her mistake for not being on time. Anyways, she finally appeared and I had to improvise since the park was closing, and we eneded up going to another small park. It went well up to that point, i complimented her outfit, and made initial kino.

Problem was she had to leave soon because she had planned a birthday dinner with her girlfriend and had to take the bus to her place which was quite far, so in the end the date felt pretty rushed, we only talked for around 30 minutes and then i took the train with her to her bus station. We said goodbye and i told her we should meet some other time, to which she said yeah.

I feel like it was a disaster. I wanted to do more, maybe escalate and kiss close but there was no time and i would have been rushed. And honestly don't know if there will be a second date, but if there is what would be a good second date, and what would be expected?
