I did this (wore only flats) in high school with a boyfriend who was the same height as me. Now I'm old enough that I wouldn't care. Heels and flats produce different attitudes for me. Heels are sexy and flats are dainty. Depends on what look/mood I'm going for (and how much I have to run after children)

Rule 9 violation here. I am (or was) 6’2. Im probably 6’1 and change now. I dated a woman who was 6’4. Think Cameron Brink only hotter. Not only if she’s super tall, she got her height early so as she would have said “I’m over all of my complexes about it, If I ever had any.” i’m a thickly muscled widebody so I could toss her around in bed and such. Would she have preferred it if I was 6’6? Oh, I’m sure. But guess what, so would have I. Nobody gets to pick.

It didn’t bother me any because I’m a tall guy, and nobody is taller in bed. So she would wear heels if she felt like it and not if she didn’t.

I’m 5’8” my husband is 5’10” and I wear heels with him. Sometimes I’m just his height (because he wears shoes that have soles too). Sometimes I’ve been taller than him. He doesn’t care and never has. On our wedding day, I wore flats because I wanted to be my natural height in photos, and also because I did a ton of walking and dancing.

I prefer low heels these days anyway, or cute cowboy boots with a little heel on them. Easier to chase after my toddlers in too.

I'm 5ft 7in. I have dated a fair amount of men around my height. I say all the time.... I'm not giving up my heels. If they are insecure about it, I'm not the one for them.

I'm biased because my 1.65m dad married my 1.76m mom, but I frankly don't care. My father says he's like Tom Cruise (when he was married to Nicole Kidman). They are a very conservative couple.

I think masculinity comes from within, and I prefer my men to be manly in the ways that compete them (protection, provider, strong) rather than something given by nature they have no input too.

My partner is my height, and he loves when I wear heels.

It’s definitely a personal preference thing that you’ll want to speak with your man about! In my situation, I’m 5’9 and my fiancé is 5’7. I tend to wear heels on the shorter side (maybe max 3.5in) so you still get the heel sexiness that he enjoys but it doesn’t look like I’m insanely towering over him. Also, if I know we’re going to be photographed standing for whatever reason, I’ll usually wear a shorter-than-usual heel (ex. kitten). I’m not ashamed and neither is he, all about preference!
