Officially, no. In practice, yes, but the average redditor would be too intimidated to enter, in my opinion.

If you want a gym without the insta-glam lifters walking around in no clothes looking for attention, validation and filming themselves, you need to find one of them dark dirty hairy smelly dungeon gyms that are covered in chalk and spit.

Look for things like powerlifting or strongman gyms. Boxing or MMA gyms. The sort of gyms that have a limited social media presence and who purposely have shit lighting in the gym to stop people's photo attempts.

You will still get women there, but, these women are there to work and better themselves, not to walk on the treadmil infront of you in her underwear and then accuse you of staring at her on camera.

Ironically rest of reddit was insisting that men only spaces funny exist because of lack of demand.

When I explained that men spaces used to exist as little as a few decades ago before being systematically dismantled by the feminist movement i was down voted into oblivion and everyone demanded sources.

I am very lucky to be a member of a normal gym in Munich - Fitstar. It is not a polished one, with every wall covered in mirrors, with designer approach to styling, screaming "Influencers, come here in droves and make the next video!".

Nope. The people are normal. Juniors, seniors, gym-bros, teenagers, working people. The team who runs it is very friendly. No cameras anywhere. I love it and would never change for the influencer-nest.

No mens only gyms anywhere really (except the Middle East I guess), but as a guy who lifts heavy…strongman gyms like others have said are like 90% dudes. The women who do go there are there to lift heavy too. It’s a nice environment

Seconded for finding a powerlifting gym, bud. I'm in Australia however, but I am sure it be similar. My gym doesn't even have a shower. 2 toilets, almost nowhere to put your gear. Chalk everywhere. Metal blasting and the friendliest fucking dudes I've ever met. Everyone there is working for two reasons: 1 to get healthier, 2 to get over/deal with some shit. I fucking love it. I feel so at home.

In Singapore, the public gyms are affordable and have a rule that forbids filming. This immediately solves the problem because the posers (influencers) will not show up in a public gym, leaving just those who are serious about their fitness. However, women still wear skin tight attire to the gym, but at least there’s no filming.

In these situations, it helps to understand the nature of women – which is that they want male attention. It’s also healthier for women to do this as they (generally) have low self esteem when it comes to their physical bodies and this serves to boost their self esteem and overall mental health. I don’t have a problem with what they wear, but I do have a problem with how they react when men look at them.

It can be very distracting at times, but since there’s no filming I can’t be faulted for just glancing at their general direction.

Perhaps the OP can consider putting up a petition for filming to be banned at his gym, though I think private gyms may not find this rule favorable for them since they would probably lose customers this way.

There are loads in London. And I even found out there are a couple old school gentlemen clubs too. You can invite women as guests in some areas, but no women members.

Yes, of course. If you are out in the country it might be difficult to find but in any big city you can find one. There are also gyms that are mixed but have men only hours. If you have some Muslim friends ask where they go.
