I would suggest doing some no risk approaches too, like asking for directions, or getting their opinions on something, this way if you need to work up to it, or are overwhelmed approaching you can throw in some low pressure stuff.

I’m going to approach just one woman tomorrow and I’m going to build up to ten or twenty approaches in the coming weeks.

This is unlikely to be as simple as you think it is… when I started out I wasted a lot of time trying to psyche myself up like this and setting unrealistic goals rather than just being consistent about doing warmup exercises at volume (i.e. double digit interactions every session)

I am prepared for either benign or harsh rejections and I’m aware that I might have to approach hundreds or thousands of girls in order to get “success.”

Being aware of this intellectually does not mean your subconscious will cooperate.

Alright, I went to the mall today at approximately 11:00 AM. Honestly, I felt that what I was doing was actually somewhat humorous. Anyway, I entered the mall, walked around hesitating, and even sat down for a while. Eventually, I worked up the balls and approached a woman I found attractive. She had green shorts, white shoes and a white top, and blonde hair. I’d say she was a 6-7 out of 10 in looks.

Me: “Excuse me. Hi, I’m ____. I thought you were cute so I thought I’d say Hi.” My voice came out slightly shaky, but I expected that and it wasn’t too bad.

Her: “Thank you. That’s really nice.” At this point, I basically blanked out and forgot all lines and advice.

Me: “Ok, If you want, I’d like your number so I can take you out on a date.” I said this and I was super nervous. I know this wasn’t the right thing to say, but as I stated earlier, this was my first approach and I blanked out.

Her: “No thanks, I have a boyfriend.”

Me: “Alright. Thanks.” Walks away.

Lessons learned:

I need to talk to more people about random things, especially women. I should probably make it a part of my routine to ask for directions or give random compliments.
I don’t personally believe that the wording of the approach matters much, but I definitely messed up right after by asking for her number so soon. I should have made an assumption about her and started a conversation that way.

What I should have done after she thanked me for the compliment:

Me: “You look like you’re doing some shopping to relax from college.” I live in a college town and this is just an assumption to start the conversation. It’s not important.

Her: “I have a boyfriend” or “blah, blah, blah.”

Me: “I happen to be finishing up my degree too…. Blah, blah, blah” After 2-3 minutes (perhaps more depending on the conversation), I’d say something like:

Me: “Alright. It was nice talking to you. I don’t want to take up too much of your time, but I’d like to see you again.” At this point, she can either choose to give me her number/socials or reject me.

As a prerequisite to a great night out, getting good sleep, gym or some sort of physical activity, and plenty of good food should be considered. Having said that, if you don't get all of that down perfectly, don't use that as an excuse not to go out. Right now, being new to this you need to put on blinders to anyone telling you that "this is weird" or "this isn't you bro" or any other bullshit like this. Absolutely grab the bull by the horns and keep getting stronger until you can push him back. Ignore negative shit holding you back. You're not being weird by trying to socialize with women and expressing your desires to court them. If a girl expresses disinterest be sure to back off and go talk to other people. Don't push the set forward if it feels super awkward and there is no sign that she likes you at all. Pay attention to body language, as this will be the most indicative sign of a woman's interest at first. As long as she's talking to you and relatively facing you, you're good. Keep talking to her. Don't be afraid to ask her out and grab her number, or grab her hand, shoulder, etc. If she's leaning into you or if she's touching you.

Social momentum here is absolutely key and should start as soon as now. As in just say hi to everyone you encounter, anywhere. But especially the day you are planning on going out later. At the grocery store, say hi to the old man you pass by. Small talk with the person at the register. Go somewhat out of your way to proactively talk to people. You don't have to approach at the store or whatever, but go for it if you feel like it. You're building social momentum and training your brain that talking to random people is fine and there is no risk and it can even have rewards.

On the way out to the club/bar/wherever you decide to go out (I hope it's a place with lots of people/women) talk to people on the street, talk to almost everyone, just say "hey man, nice shirt." "That is a killer dress." etc. And then approaching after all of this should be a lot easier and you should get a much better interaction than if you did nothing at all that day, and then suddenly decided to talk to a hot girl. You'll be nervous but try and push through that as much as possible.

Read mystery method and yareally and apply their principles as much as possible when you inevitably start asking yourself what you did wrong in any given interaction. Because you will fuck up a lot lol, but it's all part of the process and you'll learn to enjoy going out I hope. Also feel free to post field reports here and myself and others can help you out there as well.

Now, after saying all of that, when you're out at da club or going out don't actively be thinking about "How do I do game??!? Omg shit how do I open her??" Lol, just go out to have fun and try and remember what happened and save the analysis stuff for later on when you're in your room posting to reddit and reading on here. Go out with the mentality that you're going to have fun no matter what, even if you get rejected 100 times in a row. Like you're bringing the party, even if it's somewhat if a low key party. Try not to talk about work and life stressors, try to throw off the stress of everyday life and act stupid and fun. That's the whole point of why people go out in the first place. So this is the energy you should strive for.

Oh, and don't drink too much. You won't do as well.

dont do it lol, just don't I wont elabore why but terrible idea dude, read the book rules of the game, you can even torrent the file or a copy on amazon for 20 usd, it gives you a much better strategy, showing interest right away and with little experience will not get you anywhere with most women, probably help with overcoming anxiety and shit, but if you really want a good plan read that book, do with that as you will.

Bro I was an expert in cold approaching yet I completely stopped cold approaching after 300 girls. I realized I was getting way more girls through bars, hobbies and friend circle. And, those girls show interest and warmth when they see me, unlike the girls I met through cold approach. Cold approach is extremely dangerous and harmful for your mental health. Human brain is extremely sensitive to romantic rejections, and even if you learn to handle rejection this way, it will do unrepairable damage to your brain.

The response that you got is the response you will get in 80 % of the cases. Other 10% will even humiliate you, and the rest of the 10% will give you number and flake. Getting a relationship is impossible for this type of cold approach. If u really wanna approach, try at bars/clubs and events/activities.

Honestly, first I recommend you signing to hobbies, where you focus in growing in something specific, and you meet a lot of people. Of course, hobbies with big social aspects.
