So I have been hitting the gym trying to look good because I play saxophone with house music djs. Ok so the house music scene is really focused on looks but pays well. It's also pretty high paced and and I really need to be fit. So ok, I've done that as well. I get attention from women at these gigs which is good for business at it tends to be women hiring me and women who run the entertainment agencies I also play for and it's good if they can see women enthusiastically interacting with me without creepiness on my part etc etc.

My day job is working for my government (not the States) and is office based. Turns out it's not only women at gigs who notice me but women in the office. This makes a lot of men in the office jealous and they really go for it with dirty looks, glares and bullying behaviour etc. That's it's own separate issue and I'm dealing with it.

But in order to see that it's not just me with my head up my arse, I try to see online if anyone else has faced this and I come across this YouTuber saying, if you're more physically attractive as a man, you will likely get more crap from other men and some women may do this and the other etc. This mirrors my recent experiences and him a yank and me a Brit so it's starting to seem pretty universal at this point.

Ok so I follow this guy's channel to see what other good advice he has and this is where things start to go wrong and red pill. He is saying on a lot of his other videos that you need to be fit, ignore haters and catch the eyes of women. I'm thinking ok but not really unless you're single or business or whatever. Then he says something along the lines of: "you need to get fit enough to get their attention, but then ignore them because they don't deserve your attention but also the point of trying to be fit is to get the best girl and sleep around but not sleep around and then ignore the best girl

At which point, I'm like okaaaay I think you need help, my friend and wondering how it came to this red pill BS yet again.

The people who actually enjoy it are those who take any time of game (or competition) waaay too seriously... I like metrics and tracking progress, but bruh in my personal life?!? WTF... I kinda blame reality TV...
