Sorry, but she is simply wrong. I am FTM and I have both been cis passing as female and cis passing as male. People say creepy shit about how someone else looks to both genders. I was actually at this moment stressing about someone doing this in the weekend. Also both as a girl and as a dude people seem to not like that I am not muscular enough. As a big Billie Eilish fan (I still am) I love her, her music, her personality, her caring so much about nature, love her in general BUT I do admit that I was disappointed in her when I saw that. I won't stop being a fan because I absolutely love her music and her person in general but just kinda disappointed... I thought better of her.
